Data Downloader User Guide

Data Downloaders are assigned by the Principal Investigator for a particular Data Access Request (DAR). The Data Downloader must have an eRA Commons account and must be an internal collaborator in order to be added to the PI’s DAR. In order to access data, Downloaders have to also sign the Data Transfer Agreement and review the Data Use Certification Agreement.
